Shipping and Handling



Items will ship to the address listed on Paypal, so please make sure that your Paypal and Etsy shipping address are correct during checkout as we are unable to do anything after the package has shipped. We are happy to ship your items to another address; simply enter their name and address during checkout. 

Notice of Shipping Delays

Please be advised that our shipping carrier is experiencing delays due to staffing illness from COVID-19. Please allow more time and be patient. Use the tracking number sent to you for updates after product has been shipped.


To Our International Customers:


We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. Karen Brodie Designs is not responsible for those charges. For further information please refer to your local customs agency.


For stoles: The cost of shipping includes full tracking through Canada Post and insurance through Karen Brodie Designs.

Refunds and Exchanges


We are certain you will be more than happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with our work, Karen Brodie Designs will accept an item in re-saleable, mint condition. A refund will be given once item has been returned at the purchaser's expense. Custom items are final sale. Contemporary art is final sale. 


Please ensure you have ordered accurately the length of stole you may require or correct dimensions of art print you want. We describe all items, through photography and description, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a particular listing, please be sure to contact us prior to purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products please contact us for resolution of your concerns.


We will replace your purchase or offer a store credit in the event of damage during shipping. Please send us photos if such an unfortunate event occurs within 48 hours of delivery as we will need documentation of the damage. All of our items are packed very carefully to ensure they arrive safely!
